What is UTI (Urinary tract infection)

UTI is an infection caused by bacteria named  E.Coli in the Urinary tract. The burning sensation is due to high acidity in urine which is caused due to many reasons.

The infection in the urinary tract caused by a microorganism and most common bacteria is E.Coli, this microorganism/bacteria enters the bladder from the urethra, and from ureter to Kidney.

The urinary tract is divided into two parts

  1. Upper Urinary tract: Consists of Kidney and Ureter.

1. Butter Milk

First, add 1 tablespoon of both Fenugreek seeds and cumin seeds in a pan roast it for a few minutes. 3. Cranberry Juice

Take cranberry juice for a 5-6 time a day where the researcher has found that by drinking this juice will create a slippery coat on the walls of the urinary tract and will help to flush out through urine. 4. Rose Petal Jam/ Gulkand

Collect the rose petals and clean with running water let it dry for a few minutes. Later, take a clean glass jar to add a layer of rose petal and sugar close the lid tight and place it in sunlight. Sunlight will melt both sugar and rose petal forming a yummy Rose jam take this for 3-4 times a day.

6. Water & Baking Soda

7. Parsley

Take a glass of water and add a few petals of parsley and boil it for about 6 to 10 minutes. Later, strain this solution and let it cool for a few minutes.

8. Celery seeds

Add 1 tablespoon of celery seeds in a glass of water boil it for about 8-10 minutes and strain this solution. Later, let it cool for a few minutes by taking this 5-6 times a day will help to fight the UTI.

9. Coriander powder

Add 2 tablespoon of coriander powder in one glass of water and boil it for about 10 minutes. Later, strain the solution and cool it for few minutes. Take this solution 7-8 times a day for better result.

Coriander contains a small percentage of folate, magnesium, zinc, and choline. It will help to flush the bacteria from the Urinary tract and reduces the UTI infection.

10. Sesame seeds and Ginger

Grinde 1 piece of ginger along with 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds. Later, add 1 tablespoon of turmeric powder and mix the mixture well, take this  3-4 times a day.

Ginger has anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties, where sesame seeds contain proteins, carbohydrates, fibers, potassium, and magnesium which will help to reduce the burning /pain in the bladder.

11. Cardamom seeds

Take a few cardamom seeds and crush into powder, later add this into 1 glass of warm milk and stir it well. Cardamom has vitamin C, A, sodium, potassium, copper, and magnesium.

Take this 2-3 times a day will help to flush the bacteria from the urinary tract and helps in reducing the effect of UTI.

12. Garlic Tea

Add a One piece of crushed garlic in the water boil it for about 10-15 minutes. Later, strain the solution and let it cool for a few minutes. Take this for 3-4 times a day.

14. Tender Coconut

This is my Favourite method and it will work like a charm, take a 1 fresh tender coconut and add 2-3 tablespoon of lemon juice and stir it well. Take this 2-3 time a day I bet you it will reduce the burning sensation in the bladder to 90%.

15. Oregano Oil
